2004's First Place Winner
'Trí Tuệ Việt Nam' (which roughly translates to The Vietnamese Intelligence/Insight), is a yearly competition where Vietnamese programmers under 30 submitted and presented their programs, scripts and apps, to see who or which group made the most helpful, creative or generally better one. Duc had a program named MoonSecure made back in 2001 that he kind of used for HVA's security a few times already, but never really wanted to bring to a competition. However, after seeing some other cybersecurity programs on the list, he changed his mind and signed up last-minute. Duc was the last person to enter, but he won first place in the end, beating out multiple teams.
